Fleet insurance or stock-in-trade insurance 

Royal Legislative Decree 8/2004 of 29 October, on the Law on Civil Liability and Insurance in the Circulation of Motor Vehicles, establishes that any vehicle registered or officially recorded with the DGT must have valid third-party motor insurance, even if it remains stationary on the premises of automotive professionals (storage compounds, dealerships, or repair garages).
